Carrier rates, fuel-cost feeds, and regional demand fan into a single predictive engine that balances profitability with competitiveness. The output is a lane-specific, time-boxed rate recommendation — the dispatcher still owns the price, but the recommendation is built from a market view no spreadsheet can hold. Every load closes as a document bundle — invoice, BOL, credit application, rate confirmation, letter of release, notice of assignment, lumper receipt. OCR extracts the text; a deep-learning validator classifies the type; a signature verifier matches against samples on file. Anomalies get flagged for HITL review. The pipeline reads the PDF, extracts text, classifies each page: Invoice, Bill of Lading, Credit App, Rate Confirmation, Letter of Release, Notice of Assignment, Lumper Code, Lumper Receipt, or Other.
