Listening before designing

We engaged a broad audience spanning professionals aged 25–40 through moderated interviews, usability surveys, and competitive analysis to pinpoint exactly what users wanted and where existing solutions fell short.

The research phase ran for two weeks and shaped every design decision that followed from information architecture to micro-interaction patterns and onboarding copy.
