What this practice does

What is the UI/UX & Software Development practice?

It is the practice that ships every surface the customer actually sees. Marketing websites, web applications, native and hybrid mobile apps, e-commerce stores and internal tools — built by a lead designer and a lead engineer working in parallel from day one, with a dedicated relations officer keeping the loop tight between spec and shipped. 21 case studies live in production across India, Turkey, Germany, the UK, the US and Australia.

How we work

Scope → Plan → Deliver → Handover.

The same shape whether the deliverable is a marketing site or a native mobile app. Every engagement leaves a clean record — "What we learnt" and "How the client improved" — so the software has receipts.

01 · One page

Scope

A one-page brief — what we're hired to build, and for whom. Fee letter within four working days.

02 · IA + decisions

Plan

Discovery interviews, information architecture, key technical decisions — documented so the whole team writes against a single source of truth.

03 · Ship the software

Deliver

Design, engineering, integration and QA — with a dedicated relations officer keeping the loop tight between spec and shipped.

04 · Receipts

Handover

Every engagement documents "What we learnt" and "How the client improved" — so the record survives the launch.

Deliverables · What we typically ship

Six shapes the deliverable usually takes.

Not every project fits neatly into one bucket — Cryptobind is a marketing site plus a set of dashboards, Mercedes Katalog is a native app plus a .NET CMS — but almost every engagement in this practice combines one or more of the shapes below.

  1. 01

    Marketing & corporate websites

Static and CMS-driven, tuned for organic search and inbound leads. WordPress, Elementor and headless CMS depending on operating team fit.

  2. 02

    Web applications & SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant architecture, admin & analytics dashboards, role-based access control, subscription & billing, real-time data views.

  3. 03

    Native and cross-platform mobile apps

Native iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), React Native and Cordova — including SAP-SSO enterprise apps and premium catalogue apps.

  4. 04

    E-commerce stores

Custom storefronts, marketplace platforms, payment gateway integration, inventory & order management, headless commerce — Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce.

  5. 05

    Design systems & brand identity

Figma component libraries, design tokens, style guides, dev-ready handoff, cross-platform consistency, logo & visual identity, brand guidelines, marketing collateral.

  6. 06

    APIs, backends & DevOps

REST & GraphQL APIs, microservices, third-party integrations, CI/CD pipelines, cloud hosting & scaling, uptime monitoring, security hardening, automated backups.

Tech stack · Real tools, no vendor kool-aid

The tools we actually ship on.

We do not force a stack. Every one of these has real production hours behind it, on client engagements you can look up. The stack is chosen for the operating team who will maintain the software after we hand it over.

FAQ

Questions about this practice.

  1. 01

What kinds of software does the UI/UX & Software Development practice ship?

Websites, web applications, mobile applications (iOS, Android, React Native), e-commerce stores (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce), internal tools and design systems. 21 documented case studies span consumer utilities (Bingo Card Creator), regulated-industry sites (Cryptobind), premium DTC brands (LuvMyJewelry, Buckle & Seam, Koleksiyon), employee-only enterprise apps (Efes Brewery) and marketplace-scale platforms (Whzzo).

  2. 02

Which technology stacks do you work in?

Next.js, React, Astro and plain HTML/CSS/JS on the web. React Native, native Swift (iOS) and native Kotlin (Android) on mobile. Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce on e-commerce. WordPress, October CMS, Payload, Umbraco and Sanity on the CMS layer. Node.js, Python, Laravel and CodeIgniter on the backend. We do not force a stack — we pick the one that fits the operating team who will maintain the software.

  3. 03

How long does a typical UI/UX engagement run?

A marketing website: 4 to 8 weeks. A mobile app or e-commerce store: 8 to 16 weeks. A full web application with backend: 12 to 20 weeks. Every engagement is scoped from a one-page brief and quoted as a fee letter inside four working days.

  4. 04

Do you take over an existing codebase or only greenfield work?

Both. Buckle & Seam came to us after an unsatisfactory WooCommerce build; we rebuilt the store from scratch on Shopify. We regularly take over incomplete builds, replatform legacy stores, and extend production applications. Discovery starts with a diagnostic pass across code, infrastructure and content operations.

  5. 05

How is design and engineering split across the team?

Every engagement includes a lead designer and a lead engineer working in parallel from day one — not a design phase then an engineering phase. Discovery interviews and information architecture are done together, so decisions carry through into components rather than getting lost in a handoff.

  6. 06

What does the "Client First" model mean for a UI/UX engagement?

A dedicated relations officer runs point on every engagement — nothing gets lost in a queue between sales, project management and engineering. The RO protects your time and budget, and makes sure the software that ships actually matches the idea that started the conversation. It is why ~92% of clients come back for a second engagement.
